A few weeks ago I wrote a post entitled How To Save Money On Amazon.
The post went viral.
In the article I explained many little known methods for saving yourself dollars while shopping at Amazon. Read the article here.
The original article led me to a number of other ways to save money with Amazon so I decided to write this follow-up article, How To Save Money With Amazon – More Tips.
Lets get started.
A Camel Anyone?
Camelcamelcamel allows you to receive alerts based on changes in price of a product you are looking to buy. The site also has price history charts showing price variations of a product over time.
Ereaderiq lets you track kindle books and will email you price drop notifications. Camel does not track kindle books so this is the site to use. It also has a very advanced search feature.
Tracking At Light Speed
Tracktor bills itself as the fastest Amazon price tracker. They will notify you of price drops instantly by email.
Great Amazon Price History Charts
Ookong is another site that will alert you when prices drop for product you are following. They also have good price history charts for many Amazon products.
Who Wants Money Back?
Paribus makes price adjustment claims on your behalf. Once you purchase something on Amazon enter the product information in Paribus. If the price drops or you missed a coupon that was available Paribus automatically gets you money back. They take 25% of the cash back as their fee and the rest goes to you. There is no fee if they don’t get you any money back.
Five Percent back On Every Purchase
The Amazon.com Store Card gives you 5% cash back (as a statement credit) on Amazon purchases. In order to take advantage of this you must be an Amazon prime subscriber. The card has no annual fee. Remember to pay off your credit cards every month.
Donate To Your Favorite Charity
Amazonsmile.com donates .5% of your purchase to a charity of your choice without charging you anything more. Go to Amazonsmile here and help out your favorite charity every time you purchase an item at Amazon.
With this post, How To Save Money With Amazon, along with my original post, How To Save Money On Amazon, you should be well on your way to saving a lot of money whenever you shop at Amazon.
