Waste neither time nor money, but make the best use of both. Without industry and frugality, nothing will do, and with them everything. Benjamin Franklin
Hello this is Scott “The Frugal Man.” I created this website for the sole purpose of helping you to live the frugal life. This will boost your quality of life. This site is packed with information you can reference to improve all aspects of your life.
Let’s start by making it very clear that there is a big difference between being cheap and being frugal. Cheap people are only interested in the price of something. Frugal people are interested in quality, value, and price. Cheap people are stingy and unreasonable when negotiating. Frugal people are economical, careful, and prudent in regards to resources.
Frugal people think long term. When they buy a car they are not just interested in the lowest price they are also thinking about, cost over the life of the car, and resale value. Frugal people save and invest and have a plan.
Frugality brings a sense of control and quality into your life. Frugality will increase your freedom. Freedom to do what you want when you want and there are not many things on this earth more important than that.
I hope you enjoy the site. Please sign up for e-mail updates on our home page. It is totally free and I will never share your e-mail address with any third parties. Also if you read one of my posts that you like please share it on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
